Back again with another update!

Changelog:

- Added new Chromatic Abberation Effect on top of the Bloom.

- Bloom and Chromatic Abberation Settings fused together as "VFX"-Settings.

- Adjusted movement of the Minisense Enemies so that they'll not get confused with walls anymore.

- Fixed Sound Bugs for the Browser Version
